Radhika is a Principal at Dell Technologies Capital (DTC), where she focuses on startup investments in enterprise infrastructure including cloud, AI and data. Prior to DTC, Radhika was an Investment Director at Samsung Catalyst Fund, Samsung’s $500M deep technology venture fund where she led investments. Before moving into startup investments, Radhika served as a software engineer and product manager at large tech companies including Microsoft and Amazon, as well as early-stage startups including MindMeld (acquired by Cisco) and Panorama Education (backed by Y Combinator, Spark Capital and Mark Zuckerberg among others). In 2021, Radhika was named a Top 10 Rising Star by Global Corporate Venturing, which recognizes the industry’s top 1% of investors chosen from 2,000 corporate venturing units. Radhika holds a B.S. and M.Eng. from MIT in Computer Science and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
